Getting the size right.

With a tape measure, starting above the eyebrows wrap the tape around to the back of your head around the bump.

If you like a tight fit pull the measuring tape tight if you like it a little lose squeeze a finger under the tape.

Do this a couple of times.

NOTE: most people are around 57-61cm
